Bryan called immediately after I booked on line to make sure we knew he was available for check-in. When we arrived he greeted us, double checked our bill, made sure our code worked, and checked the unit to make sure it was clean and satisfactory. Awesome experience!

The website made it extremely easy to pick an appropriately sized unit and pay online. When I went to the site, Bryan, the manager, met me in the office, and he showed me the way to my storage unit, which was exceptionally clean and easy to access. We rented a 10x15 unit at Extra Space Storage at 5515 Woodbine Rd due to its central location to our new home. Upon arrival, Bryan immediately greeted us and helped with any questions we had. The space was clean and ready for our arrival. Each time we were at the unit, Bryan would stop by to chat and make sure everything was going good. We only needed the storage for 2 months, but if the need were ever to arise, we will definitely choose this location again.
