We went to Extra Space today and arrived shortly before closing. Since we knew the employees were getting ready to leave, we only planned to ask a quick question and be on our way so we could respect their time. However, Claude was there and immediately welcomed us with such a great attitude. He didn’t hesitate to take the time to help us, answer our questions, and show us around, even though they were about to close. It was clear that he genuinely wanted to help, and we truly appreciated that.
