This location was an easy breeze getting me signed up. The ladies here really take pride in helping you make this process simple. It’s an inside location so no getting rained on when you are trying to move into your unit. They are all climate controlled which is a nice upgrade without the upgrade price. They have security and gates which makes my items more secured. I am glad I chose this location.

I moved just a few weeks ago, and realized I would need some extra space. After looking throughout Brevard for reasonably priced climate controlled storage units, this one came out to be far and away the best priced. Upon arrival I found the unit is located in a safe area, with a coded gate that allows you to drive your car inside to load and unload from your storage unit. On top of the brand-new facility impressing me, my storage agent George brought a friendly and professional face to the business. George happily showed me around the complex, showed me multiple storage units, and helped me find the one which best fit my needs. At the front desk, he was very transparent regarding their pricing, insurance opportunities, and clauses in the contract. So far, I'm incredibly impressed, and am excited to continue doing business here in the future! I will also be sure to update this review should my experience change - so as long as you're reading this, I give Extra Space Storage 5 out of 5 stars!
