Extremely easy to sign up online. My lock was waiting in the unit for me. I used the app to unlock the entrance and loaded my things using one of the many carts. I went at a time when the office was closed but received a friendly welcome phone call the next business day from the manager. The facility was clean and cool, not a critter in sight. Would recommend this location to others!
