We have been renting for over a year, it’s so clean and nice. The staff are very nice and so helpful, the spaces are so big and clean, not like any other storage place it’s the best highly recommend. Great support from Bart and team moving into the unit! They took the time to personally walk me through how everything works. The unit and all of the hallways were very clean and there were carts easily accessible to get moved in.

I spoke to the Sales Associate Bart on the phone he was very professional and helpful. I couldn’t make the appointment time but he waited for me, gave me all the details and showed me around. The office as well as the storage space was very clean and smelt clean. I am going to rent another unit because of Bart. I will recommend Extra storage to all my friends

I went online yesterday and rented out a storage unit at the Commerce location in Palm Coast, Florida; it was a considerably easy process. This morning I went down to collect the lock and keys and to introduce myself to the staff, which is when I met Bart. He was very informative and just a genuinely kind man. He made the process very simple and enjoyable and made me feel completely at home, like an old friend. The unit is very clean as is the entire facility, with easily accessible bathrooms as well as ample L carts for moving heavy and awkward furniture and such. There is recreational/boat trailer parking out back as well and two entrances inside the facility, not including the entrance through the main store. Bart was kind enough to show me how the door and lock work on my unit and my security code for after hours. My entire experience from start to finish was a great one and I would highly recommend this company to everyone I meet along the way in search of a storage facility. Thanks again, Bart!
