This is the third storage place i have experienced, and by far, the best experience, without a doubt, and it's not even close. First place where the office staff, all of them but especially Anthony and Ann, were really responsive as well as very knowledgeable. They both actually answered all my questions straight up, no spin, and that's very rare imo. The place couldn't be cleaner, looks new to me, so no sign of varmints anywhere. I'm allergic to everything from bees to many insects. Also, i like the fact you can have your own lock, not one built in. There also is no entry fob. They give you a code, which is really convenient as my wife, who really goes there a lot, can go on her own. We each have our own key and we both use same code. Incredibly convenient. Don't know why everybody doesn't do this. Lastly, i'm a stickler for safety, and i feel ok for wife to go there even early or late, she feels safe, and it's located in a very safe area, right on main road with lots light and traffic. Looks like i finally found the right storage place, one less thing on my list lol.
