Just moved in yesterday. The place is meticulously cleaned and absolutely pristine, Ann was extremely helpful and professional, I hope they take good care of her as good employees are NOT easy to come by in South Florida. When I say this place is clean, I mean there's not a single smudge on the glass, and not 1 speck of dust on the floor. When I opened my unit, there was a lock inside and I needed nothing at all from anyone. My unit looked brand new like I was the very first person in there. Thank you Ann for all the help and not just good, but AMAZING customer service and keeping the place so perfect! There is no Bluetooth access at this location, but Ann said they will hopefully have it by the end of 2026, so right now you have to enter a long code into a checkpoint at 3 separate places to enter. It’s very secure and there was no one living in their unit, which is more common than you think in Miami. The AC was adequate, probably around 75 or 76 degrees. There were 4 carts available, and 5 total, so you don’t need to fight for carts here. So far a great experience. I can’t comment if they play the rate raise game after a few months or not, but if my rate gets doubled in a few months, I'll come back to update this review and the rating for sure, as too many other companies play the ol' double the rate after 6 months game. So far, this is a top notch place, with highly capable support staff, and I highly recommend getting a unit here.
