Have to move your stuff between units every three months or your storage rent doubles. Had our stuff in this location for 6 months with no problem. Within the last 30 days, we suddenly have mold growing on EVERYTHING inside. Climate controlled? Not at all. Also - The bathroom is used by a homeless guy who lives in a nearby wooded area, not sure how he gets in. He left behind a bunch of short hairs all over the toilet and sink. Urine on the floor around the toilet. I reported the guy to the franchise owner and he chose to argue with me over a homeless guy living in the area. Ok- your tenant left a grooming mess in the bathroom then…. This location is a hot mess. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
