The location on Iaca Dr. in Pensacola, Florida is very well maintained. I am renting two large (10x20) units with climate control. The units were clean and a welcome package was included inside both units. I was given the appropriate information the day prior including gate code and a 'how-to" access the property. The hours of operation are very nice. Each individual unit has a motion detected light and a very large elevator to move my belongings onto the second floor. I observed the location has a significant amount of drainage control to prevent flooding. There was a more than adequate amount of pest control and the climate control location was kept at a perfect environment for my belongings to be stored for an extended period of time. The young woman in the office was professional and courteous with all interactions.
