Great facility and it was definitely built with the customer's storage in mind. But the customer service is truly hampered. I had to make a call and when I asked for an e-mail verifying what I was being told I was answered with "the complaint is recording this call so they have a record." Yet even talking to the customer support manager i was told that even he isn't authorized to verify the things that they say. It's a really shady practice when your employees don't want any evidence of what they are telling your customers.
