Jodi she's the manager at this location one of the most helpful and customer service person you could ask for and also her assistant thank you for an excellent experience and if you need storage unit please come to the office on Harbor view and check it out you also will be taken care of in VIP customer service ?? thank you Jodie for all you do.

Jody was so welcoming. She contacted me to introduce herself after I my initial online inquiry. Right from the start, I knew she was available to answer all of my questions. Once I got my unit rented, Jody was happy to add my military discount! Of course, I had some issues with my lock and Jody was right there. She noticed it, secured my unit, and contacted me. We got it all sorted out and it one more reason I'm so happy that I chose Extra Space Storage on Harborview.

The facility has easy access for my convertible & is air-conditioned. A bit more $ but i think worthwhile. The staff are pleasant and very helpful! That makes all the difference in any business ??
