Called and ended up talking to Scott about a space for my RV . He suggested coming by and touring the facility and pick out the lot we wanted . We went there the next day and met Derrick who gave us the grand tour. We picked out our lot and with Derrick's help we finished filling out the paperwork and secured our storage lot in ten minutes in the office. Everyone we talked to were professional and knowledgeable and courteous. They have many many cameras spread around the facility. It is completely fenced around the perimeter. It is a gated facility and requires a code to enter . I can't say enough about the place . We are very happy we found it !

Very nice outdoor storage area. It is clean and easy to get in and out of. My unit is exactly what we needed and even has room to spare very good size. I rented the unti prior to actually needed it and received a call from a very nice man (Derek) he wanted to make sure everything was OK. He let me know the pad lock would be inside the unit for us and it was. The unit was clean and ready for us to move in. I know my items are safe there and that is a relief when you are relocating to an area you aren't familiar with. Thanks ??

After moving to the area recently decided I need to check on storage places for my boat & misc household goods. Stopped by Extra Space Storage in San Antonio, FL where I spoke to Scott & got some basic info on prices, spaces available, etc. No pressure, very helpful with suggestions on size I might want. Told him I still wasn't sure if I needed storage space & that I'd get back to him if I did. Came back a week later & rented a space . The process was fast & easy probably 5 mins. Scott made everything easy & again, no pressure!

Scott was professional, accommodating and easy to work with. We were looking for a place to park our 5th wheel. He offered a tour of the property and allowed me to pick a spot. The facility is clean, well lit, has security cameras and wide aisles to accommodate large vehicles. In additional, the rental process couldn’t have been easier. I had an awesome experience with Scott.
