I had a mostly good experience here. Very clean facility. Very helpful staff. I felt comfortable storing my stuff here. I've deducted two stars because despite having my email address, and using it for all communications, my rent increase notification was sent via postcard only, for what I can only assume is to hope that it will go unnoticed. This is how scummy businesses operate. (FWIW, I don't mind rent increases. Just please be transparent and communicate normally.) edit: Notice their response below weasels out of what I'm getting at. I'm not complaining about rent increases! My issue is that you send out rent increase notifications via post card ONLY, while all other communication is done via email or text message. Fix that or you've proved my point.

We do mail a notice 30 days in advance to the mailing address on file. Per legal we do have to mail the notices. Extremely easy to make the reservation. Very courteous staff both over the phone and at the facility. The facility was very clean and well kept. Would definitely recommend if you're in the need for storage.

Very clean, secure location with convenient hours and a helpful staff. Many different sizes of storage units, I've used this location a few times when we have had seasonal overflow that won't fit in the house. My one complaint is that the initial price you get when signing up never lasts for long, as there is usually a price increase within a few months, but as I don't always keep a storage unit there it is not a big problem. Other than that, a big thumbs up and recommendation!
