LaPortia (I'm so sorry if I spelled it wrong) was so kind and understanding! My friend and I had trouble getting in the "public access" sliding doors because it was stuck. I offered to move my car around the back past the gate and she said not to worry and that she would help us. She was a boss at troubleshooting and got the door fixed! She is so sweet and willing to help. Thank you! From Lauren S (I can't figure out how to change my Google account from this one to my main one haha)
