I needed a 10' x 20' climate-controlled storage unit, that was fairly new, a facility that's clean, well maintained with 24/7 camera security, and accessible hours, customer service was helpful, and the monthly rates are very competitive.

Couldn’t get our units overhead door to go up. Attendant on duty literally crawled on the floor on his back, got the door open enough to wiggle under the door and remove what was blocking it from going up. Went the extra mile. Happened on 1/2/25 in the early afternoon, unit 1034.
