I had a 20ft unit here. Units are temp controlled and the utility carts are nice and sturdy. It was kind of difficult to find our unit at first but once we did, it was smooth sailing. Biggest issue is that sometimes I have trouble with the app not working, which makes it difficult if we are going in and out because the door access code is long to type. The app has an easy button to access the door when you get close to it which is great when the app does work. Those technical issues could very well be my own cell service in the area though so take it with a grain of salt. Upon move out, management was super kind and actually set the door to open automatically for us. Everything else was very straight forward and easy.
