I had a great experience finding and checking in to the storage facility. One of the differentiators was the storage manager Kayla. It was a breath of fresh air to not only deal with the storage manager in person, but she was extremely helpful in understanding my situation and helping me to move in with no hassles. This is what I expect with a storage facility, to be able to deal with the manager for any concerns. I moved out of my earlier storage facility (which is a different well known company) because they removed all the store reps and I have to deal with AI. Kayla also ensured my storage unit was clean for move in was quite transparent about the policies and contract. Thank you.
