I’ve had an awful experience here at the extra storage. I’ve spent a couple hours trying to find the storage unit to begin with , just to have my storage full of RAT POOP….. and signs of a rats in my stuff. When I mentioned the issue, Kayla was no help and proceeded to just take pictures of my dry pastas. I was not aware or told anything about not being able to have dry goods. Actually told the opposite. DONT bring your stuff here if you don’t want your stuff to be RAT infested. As a college student who pays for everything herself I’m dissatisfied and disappointed by my services here and how much I paid
