Exceeds all expectations!!! Staff is friendly and helpful, but above all the facility is fabulous! It is sparkling clean, very secure, and has an area to pull your car in out of the weather to unload or load. I even feel safe going by myself late at night due to the great security: from codes to get in the gate and indoor parking area, to the second set of codes to get into the actual unit area. Would highly recommend this to anyone.

Both the older gentleman at the Tennessee St location and Michael at the Magnolia location have great customer service skills. They politely answered every question I had, showed me the unit I would be renting, and was an overall pleasant, smooth experience.
