I had an amazing experience getting information about storage options especially as a first time customer. Uniquekwa, the representative who assisted me was incredibly knowledgeable, detailed, and professional. I came in with some prior research, but she explained everything so clearly and thoroughly that it made the entire process feel easy and stress free. She was patient, articulate, and made sure I understood unit sizes, pricing, and location options without ever rushing me. Her customer service truly stood out. It’s rare to come across someone so well informed and genuinely helpful. Although I’m still in the decision phase, this experience made a lasting impression. After discussing with my husband, I’m strongly leaning toward renting at the Trout Creek location because of the outstanding service I received. 15/10 stars!! Thanks again Uniquekwa, for such a great experience.
