I can’t say enough great things about Elizabeth, the manager at Extra Space Storage! She has been absolutely wonderful to work with and has made the entire process of renting a storage unit such an easy, smooth, and positive experience so far. She is incredibly communicative, professional, friendly, and helpful, and you can tell she genuinely cares about making sure her customers are taken care of. Elizabeth has been great at answering questions, keeping me informed, and making sure everything goes smoothly. Customer service like hers really makes a difference!
