Absolutely outstanding customer service from George and Lisa! From the very first phone call, George was incredibly attentive, professional, friendly, and efficient. He immediately introduced himself, answered all my questions, and made everything so easy. When I arrived at the facility, that same excellent service continued with both George and Lisa. They were welcoming, helpful, and genuinely pleasant to deal with. I purchase storage auctions regularly, and this is not my first experience with Extra Space Storage. In fact, I purchased two Extra Space Storage auctions this week at two different locations, and experiences like this are exactly why I would happily purchase from them again. The company has consistently been organized and professional, and the customer service has been excellent. George and Lisa made what could have been a simple business transaction feel personal and enjoyable. We even ended up laughing and talking about our favorite desserts and treats! Crème brûlée, tres leches, chocolate ice cream, butter pecan ice cream — and Lisa’s favorite, tiramisu… with a margarita as the perfect bonus! ???????? Those little conversations are what make great customer service memorable. You can be professional and efficient while still making customers feel comfortable and welcome, and George and Lisa did exactly that. Thank you both for your kindness, professionalism, great personalities, and excellent service. Extra Space Storage is very fortunate to have George and Lisa representing the company.
