I moved and needed to store my house until we could close on a house. Called Extea Space and they made all the arrangements for me. They were nice and knowledgeable. They are kind of more expensive that others but the location we use is very clean, well lit and safe. The manager Nina is so helpful and super nice it made us feel like we made the right choice. Highly recommend

Terrence was amazing to work with. He provided great customer service and had everything set up and ready to go in a matter of mins for me. Easy rental and all of my questions were answered before I walked out the door.. Clean facility in a great location… Come out and check this place out… you wont regret it!!!

Terrence and Nina at the Falkenburg location welcomed me with wonderful smiles. Nina took the time to explain everything to me over the phone and Terrence took the time to show me the different size units as well as providing me with the best bang for my buck. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage Falkenburg.

Terrence was extremely courteous, helpful, and genuinely great to work with. Location is clean and well kept, and the units are easy to get to. Climate control works very well and I would definitely recommend this location for anyone in the area looking for great climate controlled storage.

We needed (2) 10x30 climate control units ASAP! And preferably right next to one another. We had just a few hours to find these units and I can't say enough about Nina Dils/Store Manager at the 2460 S. Faulkenburg Rd. near the crosstown expressway in Tampa/Brandon! she was an Angel<>< Nina worked fast & was a true worrier under pressure. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage, we've been using them me for years, each location has experienced professional staff on site that will help you find the right unit even if it's not at their location. Thank You Nina:) You're The Best!!

I had a very easy experience renting online. I love that I did not have to come into the leasing office and lease online instead. I was able to get in and out of my unit with the information I was provided with online. I think the facility offers fair pricing and a clean space. I recommend extra space storage to anyone especially when you are in a time crunch.
