The people whether I spoke with in person or on the phone have been wonderful. The prices are expensive but my stuff was protected and the air controlled place was a great experience. I had spoken with Kim multiple times and on 11/29/25 she was there for my move out and answered all my questions. She is great to have on for the staff!

This is an update. I will continue to post the days this elevators remains not FIXED 5 starts is for Kim. As of Saturday i yet again along with another set of customers were met with having to use again the back door due to the elevator is out. Unfortunately the customers who had a u haul full was not happy either. So i guess its going to be another 4/ 5 mos of inconvenience to me and others. Unfortunate for me i can't afford a mover as you charge if a person is late the convenience of not getting money on time so the same here. I am being inconvenienced. Check the camera Saturday night i just took the stairs whether then walk allthe way to the back just to go to the front. I pay a good bit for what i was toldd would be a benefit/ less walking i understand thangs break but since being here your lack of concern and timeliness for the customer out of the customer time/ health is no concern of the company as lomg as we pay the bill. It already is a bad mark when we are good enough to take our money. Not good enough to call corporate if we feel the need. feel the company does not VALUE Kim. Nor Nina when she was managing the property. We should have working what we pay for. I PERSONALLY feel that if customers choose to undermine the importance of valuing the property and taking care when using the doors and elevators then they should be held accountable for their actions and WEas a whole shouldn't have to pay for their mishandling of the property. My unit is 4th floor. In the front but yet and still going on 3 Mos have been inconvenienced. having to drive to the back and walk to the front. then if both elevators are out of which they were i had to walk 4 flights of stairs then walk to the back to my car. I use oxygen and their are other senior citizens. Until the company decides to fix the doors and making the customer/s be responsible for the cost. For the money we pay it should be expected by this company to do right by as just as well when we are charged for late/ non payments. And when we loose our belongings due to non payments. THE SAME CONSIDERATIONS SHOULD BE GIVEN TO US. AND ITS NOT. ESPECIALLY FOR THE MONEY WE PAY. I FEEL THAT EVERYONE WHO IS AT THE FRONT AS I IM SHOULD BE GIVEN A DISCOUNT UNTIL THE PROBLEM IS SOLVED OTHER THEN THAT WHAT I READ ONLINE WHEN DEDIDING TO MOVE HERE AMOUNTS TO FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. Ms Kim is not corporate and there for again a false option you don't get to speak to corporate it sends you to Kim of which just last year was always able to talk to corporate. ITS AN INSULT you don't mind taking my money but want to hide behind her to avoid hearing our complaints and getting the problem fixed. THEREFORE TREAT YOUR COMPANY AS YOU TREAT US WHEN PAYMENT IS DUE THE MONEY YOU CHARGE. ITS AN INSULT FOR US TO BE ANYMORE OBSTRUCTED FROM WHAT WE PAY FOR. FAIR AND SAFE EXCESS UNTIL THEN. IF I SHOULD GET HURT I WILL BE COMING AFTER YOUR COMANY FOR FAILING TO PROVIDE FULLY WHAT IM PAYING FOR SHICH IS SAFE AND EASY EXCESS TO MY STOAGE UNIT AND OTHERS AS WELL AND EVERY TIME I HAVE TO USE THE STAIRS I WILL BE ASKING FOR A DISCOUNT. Listening to Nina on the phone with customers trying her BEST to claim them down. Ms Kim is your property manager. NOT THERE TO BE ABUSED BY UPSET CUSTOMERS because your company as of last year STOP raking calls at corporate level. People as myself can not afford movers to go else where. So you feel no urgency to fix the problem. THE STATE OF FLORIDA MAY NOT AGREE WHY ITS TAKEN SO LONG TO FIX THAT FRONT DOOR SO AGAIN WE CAN USE WHAT WE PAY FOR.
