The lady at the front desk was extremely nice, helpful and understanding. The facility is clean and illuminated well. The negative that must be owned by the customers, is that some take the carts to their storage unit and do not bring it back to rhe elevator's entrance.. This causes a delay for the ones who are getting into the place and have to hunt for the carts. There should be a fine or some sort of incentive for the ones who donso. This practice would be more efficient to all.. Otherwise, this is a great place.
