Go see Josh right now and keep your stuff here your welcome. As most only read the first part, but here is our story. We had some crazy movers who tried to double our price and they took the keys and threatened to go back to storage and take all of our stuff and hold it until we paid (triton moving fyi) and so I called like 10 minutes before the office closed and got Josh. He sprung into action and locked out the units and changed the gate codes and waited for me to arrive, which I was only about 5 minutes. When I showed up he stayed late to make sure my families stuff was safe. We drilled the locks and put new locks on and got us all set. WOW what service.... but it didnt end there. When I had a different moving company come out and took everything out and to the house I all of a sudden got notice that we were all checked out....uh what. So I called and Josh answered and said that he had communicated with the movers and when they got everything he himself swept it out and we were good to go. Holy moly.... hands down the best service I have ever heard of from a storage facility unlike the orange one who told me they couldn't help because it wasn't in their job description... Josh, you are the man, thank you so much. I would travel if I had to to store my families belongings with Josh just for the peace of mind.
