Predatory behavior toward fixed incomes ?If you are on a fixed income, stay far away from this place. They use predatory marketing to get you in the door and then trap you with the following: • ?Bait-and-Switch: My rent was hiked by $95.00 after only 3 months. When you have a to budget, a nearly 100% increase is impossible to manage, and they know you’re already "stuck" there. • ?Aggressive Lockouts: They will lock you out of your unit after only 7 days. Which is understandable in florida they only have to give you 5 days but after 89% price hike... • ?Unfair Redemption Terms: Full payment to get unlocked. If you have to wait till the next month then you will have to pay for both months before unlocked. • ?The 36-Day Threat: They threaten to auction your entire life's belongings in just 36 days. So if your like me and your bill is due on the first or second and your behind your stuff is theirs. ?This facility has no compassion for the elderly or those on a budget. They lure you in with a "deal" and then use aggressive tactics to take your money or your property. Please, look elsewhere for a place that values its customers.
