Really very easy to secure a unit on line. Very clean, secure and pretty high tech facility. The rate was suprisingly reasonable.

Predatory behavior toward fixed incomes ?If you are on a fixed income, stay far away from this place. They use predatory marketing to get you in the door and then trap you with the following: • ?Bait-and-Switch: My rent was hiked by $95.00 after only 3 months. When you have a to budget, a nearly 100% increase is impossible to manage, and they know you’re already "stuck" there. • ?Aggressive Lockouts: They will lock you out of your unit after only 7 days. Which is understandable in florida they only have to give you 5 days but after 89% price hike... • ?Unfair Redemption Terms: Full payment to get unlocked. If you have to wait till the next month then you will have to pay for both months before unlocked. • ?The 36-Day Threat: They threaten to auction your entire life's belongings in just 36 days. So if your like me and your bill is due on the first or second and your behind your stuff is theirs. ?This facility has no compassion for the elderly or those on a budget. They lure you in with a "deal" and then use aggressive tactics to take your money or your property. Please, look elsewhere for a place that values its customers.

I've been a customer here for almost 3 years now would have recommended this place to anyone until today I normally have Brad handle everything whenever there is an issue it is handled professionally I've been here since before it was extra space when it used to be weeki wachee I was here the day they took over and told me that they would honor my contract with wiki wachee storage And when I found out I had been overpaying for months because the rate that their customers were paying was actually lower than what I had been paying Brad adjusted that and fixed it for me which was the right thing to do apparently Brian seems to think that none of that matters because he wasn't there when it was said And that they must have just felt sorry for me and believe it had to have been the rudest interaction I've ever had with a facility manager I cannot believe it even escalated to that point it was unreal The complete disregard and I don't care what was told to you because I wasn't there was truly awful I know corporations are getting bad nowadays but this was especially egregious for a person working in the service industry I am the customer if you are unable to handle the situation better than that you should let somebody else who can. He would not give me the person's name Brad who has been helping me from the beginning who remembers what was said to me but I finally remembered his name Brad has been five stars all the way if it wasn't for Brian it would be five stars instead of -1
