STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORAGE FACILITY. Our experience was absolutely HORRIBLE and completely unacceptable. My son stored his furniture and personal belongings here while he was away from college for summer break. When we returned to move everything out, we were absolutely disgusted by what we found. His belongings were covered and contaminated with rat feces and urine, and the unit was infested with roaches. We had to throw away furniture and personal belongings because of the disgusting and unsanitary conditions. We lost over $1,000 worth of belongings. These were items my son trusted this facility to protect while he was away at college. Instead, we came back to a nightmare. What is the point of PAYING for a storage unit if your belongings are going to be exposed to rodents, roaches, feces, and urine? This is beyond disappointing—it is completely unacceptable. No customer should open their storage unit and find their property in these conditions. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. If you value your furniture and personal belongings, please think very carefully before storing anything here. Our experience was a complete disaster.

Absolutely Extra Storage has stepped up the Storage game!!! I just drive up, access my storage and go… easy peasy!!! I purchased my unit online for an affordable price and it took me 5 min.. I got a courtesy call right after from the manager, very kind fellow. I am overall, so very pleased and grateful to be able to have a peace of mind that my belongings are safe!!!! This storage is a BIG No two dead rats and no ac! I’m paying for a ac unit with no ac that’s the crazy part but I moved out.
