Great customer service as well as great experience renting online! Everything was done online! Also, the manager made sure I had everything I needed at my unit, a lock and instructions were readily available at my unit, I did not have to call anybody for assistance. I will definitely recommend Extra Space Storage, this was the best experience ever in renting a unit, thank you so much!

I needed the unit open very late and they close at 10 when I get off of work at 9. They were kind enough to have the gate be able to be opened for 24 hours the whole weekend so I was able to move everything I needed to move. And the prices are not bad at all for the size unit that I got very pleased with the whole experience to needing to do such an upsetting thing.

I came in today stressed about moving, which could be really expensive. I was greeted with friendly and professional staffs. Also I was able to get a special for 1 mth free! Immediately my stress level went from 10 to 0. I definitely would recommend this business to anyone.
