I didn’t have a bad experience till now. Everytime I come to this location there’s roaches. Our stuff are neatly packed in side and there’s still roaches inside of our items. For the price we pay their should be some solution to this but when I told front desk about this months ago they basically told me there’s nothing they can do. The AC rarely works in here and it’s unfortunate that I have to now resort to finding another location.

I enjoyed my experience with this Extra Space Storage facility! Customer service was excellent and the facility was definitely very clean! Wish I never left due to another Extra Space Storage Unit that I moved near to that didn't keep their promise of compromising the Storage unit price because this one was actually in my budget!

This is the best and best deal I got ! Customer service is amazing! I spoke Claudia and she was so detailed and knowledgeable. My needs were meant. I also signed my lease with Nathan at West Palm Beach Fl 33415 location and he was also knowledgeable and detailed, I am very satisfied
