Paid sign up fee and had the unit 3 months and increased the price by 60 dollars a month! That’s insane. I felt like it was expensive in the first place but to pay an extra 60 on top of what I was paying after 3 months is ridiculous.

Extra Storage Space in wiamauma is very clean interior and exterior. Had a unit for 2 yrs but had to leave due to several increases within a few months. I understand increasing costs but it's sad that a company gives discounts to new customers but don't give consideration to loyal, timely paying customers. Trust me, it's not just this business but when I see numerous empty units, it makes me wonder why a business would choose to price itself to emptiness
