Came in today regarding which unit to rent since I wanted to downsize and Rachel was so wonderful she showed me one unit that was not a good fit but took her time and showed me another one that ended up what I needed. I recommend this storage facility in Winter Haven and when you go there ask for Rachel. She will give you great customer service.

I have this storage facility a 5 Star because that’s exactly what I received as service today, a 5 Star service. I was helped by Rachel and I have to say if she isn’t a manager she should be . She took care of all my inquiries and not once did she lose her cool. Very respectful . This storage place is in Winter Haven and I totally recommended but you have to ask for Rachel, not sure if someone else will give the service that she provides.
