Moving to a bigger unit was so easy! The staff was very helpful and unit was clean. The access was easy and there were plenty of available carts. Looking forward to phone app access!

We moved recently, so we cancelled our storage unit. I went in person, and Rose was so helpful and nice! She explained the process to me, and even showed me the confirmation of stopping payments and move out date

Great onsite service and facility but national number gave me incorrect information (was told if I always paid a month ahead, my rate would stay the same indefinitely. Onsite manager said “absolutely not”. Was also forced into insurance only to find out that I was properly covered by my homeowner policy <24 hours later. Had to pay for a whole month of insurance anyway).

Dre and Rose are absolutely amazing! He is so friendly and helpful. I love that the facility is climate controlled so your things won't get damaged. The facility is very well lit as well. Rose has helped me out more times than I can count! I truly appreciate all that they have done for me.
