Renting a unit for almost a year now. 60 years old and have gone thru many life, career and health challenges. Way more than I ever could have imagined. Roughest year of my life. From day one, ive been blessed to be able to have someone at this facility to have the patience ,understanding, and knowledge of good business practices and a true concern for those in all walks of life. His ability to communicate in a professional and yet empathetic, compassionate manner has helped myself and family to not have to worry about being treated unfairly or outright ignored. Ive rented spaces all over the Atlanta area for over 30 consecutive years...not one facility has ever had a leader / manager that ran the place like a true Champ. ZERO EXAGGERATION...in fact ,not even close to the accolades this man desseves. Mr. Will, we all thank you for being there for us and proving true goodness still exists. I thank God for you brother and wish you the very best life has to offer. You changed so many of my absolute shit days into days I was able to at minimum, cope and make it thru. Always a kind word and when that exit gate opened I felt blessed , regardless of how I felt when entering. Thanks yet again. Peace
