I posted a nice review two days ago but that was quite premature. I have since learned that, even though the staff and support personnel are very nice, they are totally inept. Their customer service is non existent and there is no follow through on requests. There are many storage facilities in this area. Do yourself a favor and avoid this facility like the plague!
