This review is of the outstanding customer service my co workers John Glee and Michael Musker received from Tracy Thomas. They came in to start a new lease. Ms. Thomas walked them through the entire process. She was patient and kind, she made sure they had everything they needed and got them the best possible rate. She made sure they understood all the paperwork and that they left feeling really good about their decision to choose extra space storage..

Tracy Thomas is such a incredible store manager at the location off of McInnes ferry Road in Alpharetta. She was so helpful with our move out process and made it so simple and stress-free! Highly recommend this location for storage.

The storage unit is clean and climate controlled. The staff is very helpful. We arrived with a large U-Haul and Tracy assisted us with keeping the door open while we unloaded. She gave us a trash can when needed and was very friendly and helpful.
