Ms. Renita has been a pleasure to work with so no complaints with the customer service at this location! The only complaint I have with Extra Space Storage is the frequent increase in rates. It's becoming way too expensive & at this point I am looking at other options to store my items. I feel like I'm paying a car note just for storage which is ridiculous!!
