Nice and clean. The two young women S & L were welcoming, friendly, and professional. I would highly recommend getting more rolling carts to assist the customers with moving their belongings. I counted 3 and one had a busted wheel which didn’t move smoothly. It is a nice and clean facility though. I love it when I can smell the clean.

I don't typically leave reviews, but I've been a customer here for almost 2 years now. I truly have appreciated my time at this Extra Space Storage location. The facility is about what you'd expect - clean, kept up. The office hours are sufficient for any needs and the access hours are plenty generous. I never see too many users accessing storage, so the parking and cart availability is never an issue. What makes this a 5 star facility is my great experience with the ESS staff. I've had a couple of issues in the past, all being my fault. Regardless, the staff is incredibly helpful, understanding, and exceptionally kind. There have been no punishing fees for issues with payment, the rates are quite reasonable, and the one time that I caused issue in failing to close a rental unit's account promptly, the ESS staff declined to charge me a full month's cost despite it being my fault and not using the online portal correctly. At the end of the day, as companies become less and less friendly, these small forgivenesses are really impactful as a customer, and I'm willing to pay a slightly higher rate knowing that my interactions will be with such great folks.
