Can only speak to the process of getting a storage unit, not ongoing experience, but gotta say it was incredibly easy. From paying online to dropping off our first trunk full of stuff we had zero issues. Got codes and a map at checkout. Got in without any issues. Unit was ready and a lock was even provided. No fuss. No waiting. Pretty impressive.

This was one of the best customer service experiences that I’ve had in a long time! Mechelle and Leo were AWESOME!!! Both very helpful and they seemed to genuinely care that their customers had/have a great experience!
