My experience at the 600 Virginia Ave location was great. I was in a rush (as usual) and with my 4 year old who would have rather been at the park. The assistant manager, Starr was friendly and efficient. She answered my questions, took care of my storage needs and got me out the door. Great customer service - no nonsense.

Such nice people who really want to help you. My only issue is that there are NEVER carts which doubled the time that I had to pay the movers. I counted one cart for each building as I was moving in on a Monday afternoon, there was only one other party moving into the other building and they said that they, too, only had one cart. I even walked the floors looking for abandoned carts in the hallway; they simply were not there.

A really clean and well maintained facility. The staff was kind and professional also. It's not like some storage places I won't mention where you think they are waiting for you to leave so they can pilfer through your stuff. In fact it's so clean, I was thinking about putting a big screen and couch in my space so I can invite friends over to watch the game. But maybe they would frown on that. Can't win'em all. I've already recommended them to a couple of friends. When I saw the place from the street lookin' all nice, I said, "Go ahead and ask anyway...but they probably cost a fortune." Not so pack-rat breath! They are very affordable.

The facility convenience is great, however little pricier than other storage facilities in the area. And if ever you're in need of personal assistance, it's hit or miss whether someone is going to be available as it seems they staff the office with only one person, so if they're out of the office & somewhere on the property there's no way to find them. The "help" call box calls routes you to the national help line and they can't do any better reaching the on site staff, so it's not a very efficient system and can be extremely frustrating. And the gate control box doesn't work very well so if no one is in the office to buzz you in when the gate doesn't open, you're out of luck. If your the gate box is working & you don't need help from anyone, it's fine.

Everyone I have dealt with at the office at the Virginia Ave facility, has been attentive, helpful, and courteous. I had reserved my storage room online and did not realize I had rented a room without AC. The woman at the desk, found another room that suited my needs and did not take advantage of me with the price considering that this was shortly before move in day and I had already cancelled my other storage room with another facility. On the day I moved, my code did not work on the key pad. Another woman worked diligently to correct the problem and made sure I remembered how to get to my new room. She felt like a friend. It is refreshing to deal with a company that clearly values customer service. Thank You
