My experience with Pam was excellent, her customer service skills were very professional as well as friendly.She show me to my unit and explain to me how to lock and unlock the unit as well as how to enter into the gate pad, she filled out my contract there on the spot while Explaining and answering my questions without hesitation. My experience was exceptional.

ESS onsite manager, Pam Hoover, was excellent. She went to bat for me and secured a reduced renewal rate and then later called me about a senior's discount that no one had previously offered. Give her a raise. I would hire her. As to the Storage: renewals come too quickly and are too expensive. The actual space is good. Interior lighting for my unit is automated and not very good. Clean. All things considered we are pleased with our experience.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! It is uncommon to receive the exceptional level of customer service that Pamela H. provided. From the moment I entered until the moment I left, I had a very positive customer experience. She was welcoming and demonstrated extensive knowledge of the storage facility and the various options that were available. Pamela patiently guided me through the available options and assisted me in selecting the most suitable option for my needs. Pamela should be considered for a customer service trainer position within your company.
