I called Extra Space to reserve a unit. Then things went a little chaotic and i didnt get to move at that time. A very helpful and kind lady from Extra Space, Amy Taylor, called me back to see if I needed any assistance with the unit. She was so helpful and so knowledgeable about the storage space that I needed and the size I needed. She was very concerned about helping me decide what I needed to do. She listened patiently and earnestly and her input was very helpful. I will be using Extra Space again.
