The very best storage facility we have ever experienced. Fair rates and very well kept facility. The onsite manager, Lauren, was always available, friendly and extremely helpful. She has me locked in as a forever customer due to her attention and detail.

The folks were very accommodating and it’s super simple to get started renting the right size unit for your needs. Needed an exterior unit for car storage and their main location sent me to another of their locations for this service. Excellent service highly recommend.

Ill start the review by stating that I have never booked a storage unit before. I had a plethora of questions that seemed almost endless because I like to be thorough in my decision making process. Went into the store a bit timid because of this, however.. a breath of fresh air in the world of customer service... Lauren Watkins. Extra Space, you guys hired an amazing representative with Lauren. She answered all of my questions, broke everything down in a manner that was easy to understand and was just excellent from start to finish. Her helpfulness helped make the decision a no brainer. Pre paid for a couple of months and even got my military discount. Very happy customer. 10/10 recommend Extra Space Storage. Thank you Lauren!!
