Needed a storage unit last minute, and extra space storage was absolutely a lifesaver. The over-the-phone customer service was spectacular while dealing with Pamela. She was very kind, comforting, and helpful. When I went to check out the inside of the unit, I met with Laquinta, the manager; she was just as delightful. After purchasing a unit, I realized I needed a larger one, and she made the process so easy. She was very kind and patient, not to mention very well put together. The facility was very clean, and the plugins they had smelled so good. Highly recommend!!
