While the price is fair and the units are adequate, the main gate the past six months spends more time NOT working, we often show up and the gate technology does not work, when you call them (no human is on site) you reach a remote worker with little to no resources to help. They have to call someone else and maybe they can get it open. It breaks so often recently that they just leave it open 24/7 so anyone can access the property. My advice (we are moving our three units elsewhere) is if you want what you pay for skip over this one and go to one of the many other choices.

I recently purchased a camper and needed a place to store it. I found Extra Space and booked over the phone with a rep. That person had it seen the area but was about to give me some idea of the location and parking situation. A fault of mine, I did not check. When I arrived the manager, Cammie, showed me to the spot i booked and told me the best way to get in and out. Unfortunately my skills with maneuvering the 30ft camper I just purchased, weren’t the best. Cammie saw my frustration and was there to help. I luckily was able to get out of the tight spot I reserved and Cammie showed me to another spot where all I had to do was back in. She is truly the best and without her help and guidance I would be in a much tougher situation right now. Thank you again to her! Oh and the bluetooth gate opening and the spacious spots are great for camper parking!
