I had the pleasure of working with Lucy this past week to rent my unit. She was really sweet and kind. Any questions I had she answered with clarity, and was very empathetic, and understanding. I had no issues getting into my unit at all. She walked me through the unit before I rented to make sure it was a good enough size, and even gave me a tour of how to access my unit quickly. The halls are free of debris and I feel safe knowing the doors shut and lock after I walk in to prevent unauthorized entry.
