Do NOT rent from this facility, their staff is rude and they false advertise their storage plans! There are three options to choose from when making a unit purchase. Better, best, and good. As you can see there is a “best” price where you are promised the following perks. I chose “best” due to the 24/7 access and priority phone line. After booking, I then called the store number to confirm my booking and get clarity on how 24/7 access works. The person that answered the phone told me “24/7” access is only for businesses and I said I’m not a business and I’m unsure why this is not displayed on the booking page if that is true and I would like a refund for the best plan bc I paid more for services I would not be receiving. She immediately moved me out and I called back to get clarity on the refund process and ask about another unit and instead was approached with a very nasty and rude attitude because she did not like that I acknowledged extra space storage’s predatory and false advertisement practices on its customers. I then asked to be forwarded to corporate or their tech department to give them feedback and instead was put on hold for over 6-10 minutes. I hung up due to the wait and called back and magically the phone goes straight to voicemail. How unprofessional and shady is that?! Do not book from here! They have very nasty and disgusting personality employees working the phones. I will be escalating this horrific experience to corporate and their district manager for investigation.
