This specific location is the best! The area is safe, and the front desk staff take pride in maintaining the property’s safety, cleanliness, and professionalism. The check-in process was smooth from start to finish, especially when using the app. When I found myself in a panic and wasn’t sure what to do, the front desk staff went above and beyond to help me secure a second storage unit. Horrible experience from the manager “Lucy” who runs that store. Her attitude is spawned directly from a demon. She takes a hr lunch break and gets mad when people ask why the door is locked. Post a note or inform your customers that you’re taking a break.
