The cashier who helped me was very pleasant and I enjoyed her professionalism she was well informed I wish I could remember her name but she had red and black braids in her hair and she was light-skinned.

I visited the location on Covington Hwy to make a payment on a family members' unit. Kia was very patience and kind, due making a payment at a different location. She called the original location to verify his name since it was incorrect. Thxs Kia! Carole

This location is very nice. Always clean. The store manager Kia is always nice, helpful and professional! If you're in the area and need to rent a unit definitely give this location a try.

Ms. Kia and Ms. Frances were just wonderful. They were patient with me and made sure i understood exactly what I was getting. The units are very clean i love the space. I'd recommend this location to anyone who needs a storage space.
