Kendra was amazing and extremely professional. We found the environment extremely clean and well maintained. She was knowledgeable and answered all questions regarding the units and was patient in explaining how to secure the unit for the safety of all valuables .

Kendra went above and beyond to serve her customer. I just rented from extra space and she was extremely friendly over the phone and offered accessories to help with my storage unit. She gave great directions and information about the facility. She is a great employee and worth a raise!

Finding a storage space that met my needs and signing up were very easily accomplished. J.J. was very helpful and is an asset to this company. The spaces are very clean and ready to roll, and i should know as I ended up upsizing 2 more times within a few days after deciding to sell my home empty. The team at this store, JJ and Kendra were both incredibly kind and efficient. With people like this working for Extra Space, this part if my life is seamless. Thank you Kendra and JJ for all your hard work and support. The prices are very reasonable as well.

I was considering moving to a different facility after another price increase at Extra Space. However, because of JJ's customer service and over and above helpfulness, I am going to stay with Extra. It is always clean inside and around the grounds. I hope JJ will continue to keep an eye out for my preferred size unit so I can move in to it soon.
