The customer service here is completely unmatched. Any time I was onsite and an employee was present, I was taken care of and made to feel respected and welcomed. I remember Mike and another gentleman whom I recall may have been from Africa. They were very friendly and helpful. The space was secure, easy to access, and very clean. I have appreciated doing business with this location for the last 6-7 months and would trust them with my business in the future. Thank you to this entire team! - Conner

Unnecessary rate increases! Boy if I had the land I'd build a storage facility too, they are making some dough for sure. Aside from that the security is not good either. On many occasions I would arrive and find exterior doors broken or propped open and no other people around. As far as I know there was even a couple people living in there for a period of time and nothing was done about it! Also, the call center employee who called to confirm my move out was quite rude and seemed to prefer yelling in regular conversation. The only reason I was a customer was my need for storage and their location. Do not recommend!
