If you want to waste time and money, go here. Was there to rent a unit. Had the screenshot of locker, address and price for the unit I needed. The lady at the desk had to call someone else because she couldn't find the online special that I had a picture of. I was researching locations last night and took the screenshot. Went in to look at the locker to make sure it would accommodate our needs. Would not honor the price, wanted 15.00 more per month and required paying 4 Mos up front. Called Public storage, new on old cornelia hwy. Literally was not in the office 2 minutes! Great deal on climate control unit. I can't stand a business that changes prices so frequently that the people working there doesn't even know. Last night the reg price was $52.00 special was $37.00... hours later reg price is $59.00 special $45.00 until they try to close you in on 4 mos up front at extra space on W. Ridge rd. Shameful.
We sincerely apologize for the frustrating experience you had at our location, April. The pricing discrepancies you encountered are completely unacceptable, and we fully understand your disappointment. You came in with documented proof of the pricing, and it was entirely reasonable to expect that price to be honored. Our staff should always be fully informed on current pricing and online specials, and it is clear we fell short of that standard. The significant price changes within just a few hours, combined with the unexpected requirement of four months upfront, made for an experience that does not reflect the transparency and consistency we hold ourselves to.
