Terrible customer service. Rates increased a lot every 5 -9 months. My rate more than DOUBLED in LESS than 2 years. Was paying more than $400 a month on 1 unit. Manager wasn't willing to adjust rate increase until the day I was moving out knowing I already had scheduled a truck & movers. Offer was disingenuous. Ran into another renter on moving day & they were paying considerably less for same size unit. Rates so inconsistent.
